We
understand that as a visitor to our App, you may have questions about the
information you provide to us and how we process it. As we respect your right
to keep your personal information and data private, with this Privacy Policy we
would like to explain to you what information we collect in the Application and
how we use it. This Privacy Policy applies only to information that is
collected through this Application and does not apply to information collected
and processed by Link+ on the basis of other lawful methods, subject to another
type of regulation and expressly stated in the General Terms and Conditions
section. Keep in mind that your use of this Application is also subject to
compliance with the Terms of Use of "LINK+" OOD websites and the
services provided through them.

Information
we collect
In case you
have chosen to register in the Application and use the online services provided
through it, we collect and process the following data:
• Email and
login password;
•
Information about user behavior in the TV platform through which we provide the
service, and in this process no data that could identify a specific natural
person is processed.
In the event
that, at your own will and discretion, you make public your personal data,
specific details about you or other information about you and your actions on
the publicly accessible sections of the Application, you should know that the
Law does not apply to this information for the protection of personal data and
accordingly Link+ is not responsible for it.
Purposes for
which we use the collected information
We use the
collected e-mail and password to manage and fulfill your requests for products
or services in order to provide you with the comprehensive service you need;
providing
technical support for our Application;
notification
of everything related to the products and services you use with us, sending
various notifications, notification of problems, errors or to respond to
requests, complaints, suggestions submitted by you;
compiling
aggregated, de-personalized statistical information about our sales, services,
customers, network traffic, location patterns, which we may provide to third
parties, etc.;
detect
and/or prevent illegal actions or actions contrary to our terms of service;
research and
analyze customer usage of our services, based on depersonalized information, to
identify underlying trends, improve our understanding of our customers'
behavior, and collaborate with third parties to develop new services for our
customers.
We use
information about user behavior on the TV platform through which we provide the
service. In this process, no data that can identify a specific natural person
is processed. The collected information is used in an aggregate form for the
purpose of analyzing user behavior on the TV platform, which allows us to offer
content that is adequate for different user paths and the TV content consumed.
Your rights
in relation to the processing of your personal data
Right to
information:
You have the
right to request information from us on whether and to what extent we process
personal data.
Right to
rectification:
In the event
that we process incomplete or wrong/erroneous data, you have the right, at any
time, to request that we correct or supplement it.
Right to
erasure: You may request the erasure of personal data relating to you in the
event that we process such data without a legal basis. Please note that there
may be reasons why deletion may not take place immediately due to a regulatory
requirement to retain data.
Right to
restriction of processing: You can request the restriction of personal data
being processed if:
a) you
dispute the accuracy of the data, for the period in which we have to verify its
accuracy; or b) the processing of the data is without a legal basis, but
instead of deleting them, you want their limited processing; or c) we no longer
need this data (for the specified purpose), but you need it for the
establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or d) you have filed an
objection to the processing of the data, pending verification of the
controller's legal grounds.
Right of ex
data portability:
You can ask
us to provide the personal data you have entrusted to our care in an organized,
orderly, structured, generally accepted electronic format if:
a) we
process the data in accordance with the contract and based on the declaration
of consent which can be withdrawn or on a contractual obligation and
b) the
processing is carried out automatically
Right to
object:
In the event
that we process data for purposes/tasks, a task of public interest or in the
exercise of official powers granted to us, or we have indicated that the
processing of the data is for our legitimate interest, you can object to the
processing of the data.
Right to
appeal: In case you believe that we are violating Bulgarian or European
legislation, please contact us to clarify the matter. Of course, you have the
right to file a complaint with the regulatory authorities within the EU and the
Republic of Bulgaria in the institutions responsible for protecting personal
data.
Competent
bodies for the protection of personal data: You have the right to file a
complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, (Sofia,
1592, Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. No. 2, phone: +3592/91-53-518, E-mail:
kzld@cpdp.bg) within 6 months of becoming aware of the violation, but no later
than two years after its commission.
In case of
denial of access to personal data or correction of the same, you have the right
to contact the commission for assistance in exercising rights. Please inform
other users if they use services purchased from you (eg
staff or family members) about the processing and transfer of your data.
Applications for the exercise of rights are submitted in person or by a person
expressly authorized by you, through a notarized power of attorney. In the
event that the application is submitted by mail or in writing, without
verification of an identity document by a Link+ representative, the application
should have a notarized signature. An application can also be submitted
electronically, signed with a qualified electronic signature. The application
should contain:
a) name,
address, uniform civil number or personal number of a foreigner or other
similar identifier, or other identification data of the natural person;
b)
description of the request;
c) preferred
form of communication and actions under Art. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
d)
signature, date of submission of the application and address for
correspondence;
e) upon
submission of an application by an authorized person, the corresponding power
of attorney shall be attached to the application.

changes to the rules:
In order to
apply the most up-to-date protection measures and in order to comply with the
current legislation, we will regularly update these Rules through our website.
